Can you use the service offline?

Except for the opening movie and some other exceptions, you will not be able to view programs in Gran Turismo TV unless you are signed into the PlayStation®Network.

Therefore, if Gran Turismo TV is started in a condition where you are unable to sign in to the PlayStation®Network, programs that would normally be available may not appear on screen, and may not be possible to view.
