On a PLAYSTATION®3 containing a program that has been purchased, can you view the program from a different account?

Viewing of pay per view programming is managed per account.

Even with the same PLAYSTATION®3, if you sign in with an account other than the purchaser, you will not be able to view the PPV program unless you also purchase the program with that other account.
