Three World Finals Races
Friday, 1 December @ 7:00pm (local time) / 6:00pm (BST) | TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup 2023 Grand Final
The World Finals weekend gets underway with the Grand Final of the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing GT Cup (TGR GT Cup). The TGR GT Cup is a global championship hosted by TOYOTA GAZOO Racing that features a dedicated lineup of GR cars and is contested by the top 21 drivers from seven online qualifying rounds, along with three drivers selected from TGR local activities. This year's lineup includes Spanish star Coque López as well as several other top drivers, but all eyes will be on the Spanish contingent who will be expected to deliver in front of their home crowd in this exciting individual race held under equal conditions.
Saturday, 2 December @ 7:00pm (local time) / 6:00pm (BST) | Manufacturers Cup Grand Final
On Saturday, the race to determine the fastest automotive manufacturer in the world gets underway. The race will feature the top 12 manufacturers from the Online Series, including official partners Toyota, Genesis, and Mazda represented by teams of three drivers.
We arrive at the finals with a Subaru team determined to avenge their August Showdown loss to Porsche who themselves will be spurred on by the return of star driver Angel Inostroza from injury. Lamborghini is also coming off a strong Showdown performance where it dazzled the crowd in Amsterdam with some scintillating driving and snatched third from rivals Toyota. Then there is BMW, who will field the rising star from the North America region, Calen Roach, and a McLaren team looking in top form this season. With so many strong contenders this year, it could be one of the most exciting Manufacturers Cup finals ever.
Sunday, 3 December @ 4:00pm (local time) / 3:00pm (BST) | Nations Cup Grand Final
This all leads to the Nations Cup on Sunday where the 12 top-ranked countries from the Online Series 2023 will be represented by teams of three hoping to claim the title of world champions. All eyes will be on a star-studded Spanish team that includes Coque López, Jose Serrano, and Pol Urra who will have the support from the home crowd. Their dominant performance at the Showdown in August saw them take first place making them favourites in the process, but with new drivers and new strategies in play, the battle is far from over.
